Ultradense deuterium ??

Have been following for a while, but just joined in. I do not know how much is known about Ultradense deuterium, or how hard it would be to get a hold of, but wouldn't the higher denisty of this sample of deuterium increase the number of collisions as well as "fill" in the matrix of the Celani wire quicker? You are inputting energy from an outside source up until the matrix is full and the deturium fuses into 4H?(in theory).

I understood that regular heavy water has deuterium in a 1 to 1600 ratio (or something along those lines). Anyone?
