So I've been trying to find a solid jewelry gift and big hoop earrings keep coming up as the go to choice. Here in the US the price range for what looks like similar pieces varies wildly and I can't figure out what actually justifies the difference. Anyone gone through this and can share what separates a quality pair from something that just photographs well?
