Gamers often have faster reaction times because they regularly engage in fast-paced activities that require quick decision-making. Video games train the brain to process visual information rapidly and respond instantly. Over time, this repeated human benchmark neural pathways associated with reflexes. Competitive gaming environments further enhance reaction speed due to constant pressure and focus. However, not all gamers have fast reaction times, as skill level and practice vary. Those who actively train and play regularly tend to develop quicker responses compared to casual players.
