Welcome

The Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project is a group dedicated to researching Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (often referred to as LENR) while sharing all procedures, data, and results openly online. We rely on comments from online contributors to aid us in developing our experiments and contemplating the results. We invite everyone to participate in our discussions, which take place in the comments of our experiment posts. These links can be seen along the right-hand side of this page. Please browse around and give us your feedback. We look forward to seeing you around Quantum Heat.

Join us and become part of the project. Become one of the active commenters, who question our work and suggest next steps.

Or, if you are an experimenter, talk to us about becoming an affiliated lab and doing your work in a Live Open Science manner.

Hey everyone! We are currently preparing to launch a Web3 platform in the US market, but the regulatory environment around digital assets seems really complex right now. Between SEC guidelines, CFTC oversight, and AML/KYC requirements, it's easy to make a costly mistake. For those who have already launched crypto projects in the United States, how did you navigate regulatory compliance, and what should founders prioritize when looking for an experienced cryptocurrency compliance attorney in USA?

Hey! Launching a Web3 project in the US definitely requires a solid legal strategy right from day one. Top priorities should be structuring tokenomics, registering properly under FinCEN regulations, and setting up robust Anti-Money Laundering protocols. When choosing legal counsel, it's best to work with lawyers who actually specialize in blockchain law rather than general corporate attorneys. To review regulatory frameworks and consult an experienced cryptocurrency compliance attorney in the USA, check out arkadybukhlawfirm.com/practice-areas/cry...ency-and-crypto-law/ They cover compliance, state licensing, and SEC defense for crypto businesses.

That makes a lot of sense, especially regarding FinCEN registration and tokenomics structure. Does a specialized firm like that also assist with state-level Money Transmitter Licenses and drafting Terms of Service for international users, or do founders usually need separate legal teams for state versus federal compliance?

Usually, full-service crypto firms handle both federal regulations and state-by-state MTL applications under one roof, which keeps your legal framework consistent. They can also draft compliant Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and SAFT agreements for early investors. Getting comprehensive guidance early on will save you from expensive enforcement actions down the road.
