Hi everyone,
Recently, I started learning about financial investment and realized that there are so many different channels: stocks, bonds, ETFs, virtual currencies, real estate,
Among Us... Each place says something different, and it's easy to get "overwhelmed" if you are a complete newbie like me.
After a while of learning, I found that the first and most important thing is not choosing an investment channel, but understanding your financial goals, your risk tolerance, and the time you can commit. I just read a pretty good article on FinBase Academy - they don't talk too much about terminology, but focus on guiding how to build a long-term, correct investment mindset right from the start.
If you are ever confused like me, I think before putting money into anything, ask yourself:
What am I investing in? (Financial freedom, early retirement, asset protection...)
How much of my capital can I afford to lose if the market goes bad?
Do I have time to learn and monitor investments, or do I want to delegate completely?
Looking forward to hearing more from everyone:
When you first started, which investment channel did you choose first and why?
Are there any resources or learning channels that you find useful for beginners?
