I've been studying information about the EB-3 visa for a few days, but I can't figure out how to find an EB-3 sponsor. Maybe someone here on the forum has already applied for this visa and can help me with this question, I would be very grateful.

Have you already chosen the field you want to work in? I just got an EB-3 visa a few days ago, I've been doing it for about three years, so it's really a holiday for me :) As for EB-3 sponsors, you can find them through employment sites or by contacting them directly. In general, you can check out the EB-3 Visa Knowledge Base on the eb3.work website, there is a more detailed answer to your question, because to be honest, I don't remember all the intricacies of this process. By the way, have you thought about which state you want to work in? I chose the state of South Carolina because I read that there is a shortage of workers and that there are better chances to get a job.
