After many hours of that you become very efficient at analyzing the data quickly and since some of the projects are winding down I've found time to do some research in materials science.
Thanks for the suggestions, Ecco. I am going to be doing many of these things, and more, in an attempt to rid myself of this nuisance for a while. Unfortunately, I have some reason to believe that multiple computers on my home network have been compromised. Other than a disproportionat e failure rate of my mfmp.org email service as compared to any of my numerous other services, some of which *use the same email server*, I don't have much hard, specific evidence to say that I am being targeted specifically vs. having a random infection crop up. However, I have been in the computer industry for a long time, and while I am not a computer security expert by any stretch, I'm not a stranger to the subject either. I've got more than raised hackles telling me what's going on here.

Well, not everything holding me up right now is good, I have to concede. It would seem my hackers are back at it, and my work is being disrupted. Dear Hackers, Please, do me a solid and hold off on all of the intercepts and intrusions for a while? I promise I'm going to publish everything I'm working on, just as soon as possible! In the meantime, if you are obligated by your employer to stay on this assignment, would you be so kind as to request that one of your colleagues with more sophisticated skills/tools take over this job for a while? Unfortunately, your work is highly disruptive to my work, and I am able to watch some of your signatures activities in my syslogs. If you have any self-respect as a hacker, you will at least hold off a while longer until you are able to hack me without my noticing. Thank you, bobeson PS - to all of the people who think they are doing a favor to LENR by creating wagering markets: I disagree!

@Rats I understand how you are anxious for positive results. Unfortunately, I also understand how MFMP's first order of business had to be to evolve a credible, simple and readily reproducible calorimeter. Alas there is still some more work to be done in this phase. Once the calorimeter is settled the focus can shift to the much more interesting aspects of how to trigger and how to control any LENR reactions which may occur. To be successful in that phase MFMP has to be able to distribute standardized calorimeters (or calorimeter designs) to as many places as possible. This will include coated wires, powders, data acquistion etc. That way we, the crowd, can collectively run lots more experiments in parallel.

The complexity of the communication involved requires time to express these plans sufficiently well, so that their meaning may have the intended impact, and not cause undue time wasted in needless discussions prompted by mis-interpretat ions of poorly-written content. The fact is, the primary author of the post in question is and has been travelling internationally , and in fact is currently in the air over the Atlantic somewhere. None of the MFMP organization's goals are being compromised because we can't complete large amounts of complex work instantaneously , all while sardined into airplanes and automobiles.
Hello, I just stumbled over this two pearls of information and wanted to share them. 1. A letter from Lewis Larsen concerning an excerpt a book from Ernest ]. Sternglass "Subject: were LENRs observed in the early 1950s? Einstein and Bethe got involved in this saga Dear Readers: You may really enjoy reading this amazing tale of a brilliant LENR-related experimental discovery back in 1951 --- followed by its descent into total obscurity. Simply lost and forgotten by mainstream physics." 2. from http://www.e-catworld.com/2013/07/reasonable-doubts/ Comment by Gerrit on July 28, 2013 --- "The Reifenschweiler effect is another interesting experimental result. The radioactivity of Tritium is reduced by about 30% (it decays at a slower rate) when the Tritium is absorbed in Titanium and heated between 160-275°C. Go over that temperature and the radioactivity goes back to normal."
